The Urban Alliance on Race Relations presents
A Forum on School Safety and Equity:
Community Responses to the Falconer Report
On January 11, 2008, the Toronto District School Board (TDSB) released the Final Report on School Safety from the School Community Safety Advisory Panel following the death of Jordan Manners. In the report are over 100 recommendations on school safety.
What about you? Got opinions on police in schools? Sexual harassment in the hallways? Racism and discrimination? What about the positive contributions youth are making in schools and communities? Come help make a community-led response to the recommendations and how to put equity back in our schools!
