They will be back then to the point of the agenda where the agenda item started as the board considers  $27 million of STAFF-recommended cuts, rushed and very minor community consultations on the 2013-14  budget year.     The annual “hammer” over trustees heads are of the “need” for staff notice of layoff in sinc with collective agreements prior to their final approval in June each year.
